Innovation Experts
This advanced course will allow your child to move beyond innovation basics and use a design-based thinking model to solve a real-world challenge. This hands-on activity-based camp experience allows your child to explore the latest in coding, robotics, and more using our state of the art resources.
This week-long short course will develop your child's science and technology expertise while enhancing their communication and collaboration skills. Our resident innovation experts are waiting to guide and inspire each child’s unique vision!
Our Camp programs are designed to be unique each week of a camp session if programs are running for multiple weeks. Camps also vary each holiday season (summer, winter and spring). Your child can enroll in the same camp multiple times and experience new activities and themes.
Please note the programs may be modified according to the latest advice and guidelines provided by the Education Bureau (EDB) and the Centre for Health Protection (CHP). If camps are suspended due to government requirements relating to Covid-19 full refund will be provided, review our T&C and Covid-19 Health & Safety Guidelines for further details.
“My child felt excited and deeply participated in the activities in the innovation experts camp. He shared new ideas and knowledge with me each day.” - Fiona, mom of 12-year-old
Our young coders had a little tournament on the VEXGO battlefield, as they built, modified, upgraded, and programed their VEXGO robots to save the snake out of the maze. Other than learning fundamental robotics and coding knowledge, campers also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork.
Learning robotics helps children furnish many skills other than computational, such as creativity and problem-solving skills. With hands-on building activities, children feel in control of their creation and are able to visualize how simple machines are put together to improve a design.
Our Innovative campers were given environmental, geology, and cultural information to analyze and design their own skyscraper with TinkerCad.
This activity not only teaches them about 3D Design skills and code but by analyzing data sets, campers also develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to create designs that are suitable for certain scenarios.

All camps operate within the framework provided by the CHP and the health and safety procedures in place at Stamford American School guided by the EDB, review our Covid-19 Health & Safety Guidelines for further details.
In addition to this, Camp Asia works closely with the operations teams at our host venue Stamford to maintain the integrity of the schools' measures during term time.
Due to COVID-19 requirements, we ask caregivers who are dropping off children not to enter the campus. For parents of younger children who are first-time campers, we will arrange staggered drop-off times to allow for a smooth first day.
We have a full-time nurse on site for every camp week operating from the schools' health center. Our nurses are there to administer medication, first aid and support with all COVID-19 reporting, as needed. The nurse is available Monday morning to collect any medications and speak to parents before camp starts. Our Camp Asia team members are all first-aid trained.
We offer a highly convenient free shuttle bus service from Yau Ma Tei and Ho Man Tin MTR stations at a low rate of $50 per week.
