A: Booking closes one week before start of each camp, but we always say book early to avoid disappointment as they’re in big demand. If you do decide at the last minute, give us a call on +852 3467-4567 or drop us an email at email@example.com to see if we can squeeze them in.

A: Yes, it’s very important to give us an up to date emergency contact number in your parent account in case we have to get hold of you. This can be a guardian, if you’re away.
A: It’s our policy not to exclude anyone due to special needs, wherever possible. The needs of each child varies, so decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of support each individual child requires to enable them to fully participate in and enjoy activities at Camp Asia. If your child has special needs, please call us at +852 3467-4567 to discuss how we can best accommodate those needs and consider whether we need to make any special arrangements.
A: We have full time security on campus and you may be asked for an ID when entering.

A: No way, we’re international! We welcome students from different nationalities, schools and countries… the more the merrier!
A: All campers need a bag with a water bottle, sun cream, a hat and a snack. We will have fruit on hand for hungry campers but recommend you to pack addtional items. We provide all camp materials on-site.
A: We want the kids to be as comfortable as possible – and so do they! So we don’t have a strict dress code. But we do recommend trainers – especially if they’re doing sports – and many proudly wear their cool Camp Asia T-shirt.
A: We’ll give you the cell numbers for your Site Camp Asia Manager the week before camp starts. It’s their job to ensure every kid has the best time at Camp Asia.

A:After your camp enrollment is confirmed you will receive a shuttle bus enrollment form. This service is optional but we hope makes the access to the camp easy and convenient.
A: Due to the current health and safety guidelines mandated by the EDB and CHP, we are offering half-day programs. Although restrictions may ease by the launch we want to ensure well-planned and safe days for your all. We look forward to offering full-day camps when conditions are more stable.

A: We follow the recommendation of the local authorities regarding bad weather. If red/black rainstorm warning or T8 signal or above is called by 7:00am or before morning camp is in session we will suspend morning camp (9:00am - 12:00pm) for the day.
If red/black rainstorm warning or T8 signal or above is called by 11:00am or before the afternoon camp (1:00pm - 4:00pm) or swimming program (1:15pm - 4:45pm) is in session, we will suspend the afternoon camp/ swimming program.
Families will be contacted by email regarding closures. We do not offer credits or refund for missed days due to bad weather or any closures beyond our control.
If bad weather (red/black rain or T8 or above) is hoisted while camp is in session we will care for the children until they can be dismissed safely and families will be contacted with arrangements.
A:In the unfortunate situation that a child is unable to attend camp due to personal circumstances such as illness or injury once the camp is in session no credit or refund will be offered. If something happens after booking but before camp is in session please contact us by phone immediately to determine if we are able to accommodate a last minute change or fill the space from our waiting list.
